We are seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to found and scale their own startups.

As serial entrepreneurs, we have successfully started and sold companies, such as Paul Müller (founder of Adjust) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp). We now want to support exceptional individuals to build successful businesses.

Our offer includes:

  • A salary while you develop your startup, with the option to receive up to €500k in funding.
  • Weekly one-to-one sparring with experienced founders.
  • Access to a community of top-level founders, peers, and investors.
  • Support in building a team through our network of over 50,000 professionals.
  • Help in achieving product-market-fit and establishing a sales force/marketing machine.
  • Support in securing multi-million euro funding rounds within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling your startup in areas like B2B.
  • You will embark on a comprehensive personal development journey designed by experienced founders, enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
  • You will receive assistance in hiring through our extensive network and guidance from seasoned entrepreneurs.
  • You will undergo intensive coaching to prepare your startup for significant funding.
  • You will work closely with us to refine your product until it reaches product-market-fit and establish a sales force or marketing engine.
Requirements
  • Availability to relocate to Europe or the Americas.
  • Willingness to take full ownership of your startup and drive it towards €100M+ in revenues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
