Job Overview:

As an Associate Director of Process Automation, you will lead a team responsible for delivering cutting-edge automation solutions to drive operational excellence and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

  • Develop and implement process automation strategies to drive efficiency and productivity gains
  • Manage the development and implementation of automation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team of automation professionals to achieve business goals
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the field of process automation
  • Establish clear goals, objectives, and performance metrics for team members to ensure accountability and transparency

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leaders, functional experts, and external partners
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and vendors to ensure alignment on goals, expectations, and project status

Results-Oriented:

  • Drive business outcomes through innovative automation solutions, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, procedures, and systems to optimize business performance

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process automation, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
