Job Overview

You will lead the development of complex medical device portfolios, driving growth through strategic product management. Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical strategies, mentor engineering talent, and implement best-in-class practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical leader of complex medical device portfolio(s) with responsibilities for large elements of the product development effort
  • Represent R&D in the cross-functional development team, collaborate to define technical product strategy and technology roadmaps
  • Mentor, develop and performance manage talent assigned to the portfolio.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering or related field. 5 years related work experience in R&D technical engineering leadership roles or a PhD in a relevant engineering discipline with 3 years of industry experience. Understanding of full cycle product development and a clear understanding of quality management systems.

Developing and implementing comprehensive technical strategies that drive business outcomes.

Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.

Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.

Implementing and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance and excellence.

Building and managing high-performing teams that deliver results.
