About the Role:

Catalyx is seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Training Coordinator. This role requires a hands-on understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes, combined with excellent organisational and communication skills to design, manage and enhance training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create tailored training materials that address technical, operational, and process-related needs specific to a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Develop engaging content for classroom, hands-on, and online training, including manuals, videos, e-learning modules, and operational guides.
  • Plan and schedule training sessions for employees, clients, and external partners, with a focus on technical and operational skills.
  • Facilitate technical training sessions in both individual and group settings, utilising hands-on methods to reinforce learning outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and stakeholders to ensure they can apply technical knowledge in real-world settings.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Training, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical training or a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Previous experience designing technical training programmes.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and content creation tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
