Job Opportunity: Engineering Project Lead
The role involves delivering engineering services for various projects with high value. The responsibilities will include feasibility studies, project planning, detailed design, safety analysis, construction management, cost control, and project handover.
Key qualifications for the successful candidate are 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical or industrial sector. A degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural engineering is required, along with strong knowledge of construction techniques, sequences of work, and building regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and team-working skills are necessary for this role. Self-motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail are also essential qualities for the candidate.
Effective project management will be key to success in this position, ensuring compliance with quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015). Experience in contract document preparation, project inspection, and construction works management is highly desirable.
