- Customer and Merchant Support: Provide timely and effective support to customers and merchants, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of service.
- Sales Team Assistance: Assist the sales team with contract preparation, client documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Office Administration: Oversee office administration, including reception duties, office supplies, and equipment management.
- Data Management: Maintain and update databases, process data, generate reports, and manage invoicing.
- International Communication: Communicate with international offices, partners, third parties, and authorities, ensuring compliance and supporting ad hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or back-office support, preferably in financial services or banking.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Must have a legal right to work in Ireland without the need for visa sponsorship.
