About our role:
As a Senior Client Services Representative in Custody Services, you will play a vital part in supporting our global clients.
You will be the primary point of contact for custody-related queries from clients and maintain and enhance the level of service provided to them.
The ideal candidate will have proven client service expertise and excellent oral and written communication skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our team in Limerick and develop your skills and knowledge of our global operating structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve complex client queries that require technical expertise.
- Act as an authorization point for foreign exchange and cash payment transactions.
- Monitor and resolve cash and stock exceptions.
- Ensure day-to-day funding requirements align with client standing instructions.
- Participate in service reviews as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Global custody operational knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
- Technical knowledge in area of expertise.
- Able to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
