Quality Assurance Automation Tester

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Automation Tester to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain test strategies, testing scenarios, and test automation processes in alignment with project and organizational standards.
  • Create automated functional test cases that serve as acceptance test criteria for enhancements and new applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to reproduce production problems and identify gaps in regression testing.
  • Design, develop, and implement long-term automation strategy and framework to increase test automation coverage and reduce test timelines.
  • Run test suites and analyze results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 4-5 years of QA testing experience in manual/automated testing, code repository, and deployment tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, GIT, Jenkins, etc.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues within the quality assurance environment and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in iterative development environments using Agile-like methodologies.
  • Knowledge of financial securities and trading principles.
  • Finance knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience leading a team, including assigning project priorities, communicating QA status, and mentoring less experienced associates.
