Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our reliability engineering efforts. As a Reliability Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving efficiency and continuous improvement in our manufacturing assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic asset reliability plan to support both corrective and preventative maintenance.
  • Leading and coaching a team of maintenance technicians to provide optimum equipment reliability.
  • Providing leadership and coaching to the engineering team on Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns through predictive maintenance strategies.

You will work closely with operations managers and other stakeholders to achieve company objectives and goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analysing key performance indicators related to equipment reliability.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong operational leadership experience in the CPG industry, with expertise in 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards. Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills are essential in a team-based environment.
