Revenue Growth Manager

The Commercial Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and advancing commercial strategies for racing events. This involves overseeing all controllable revenue-generating areas, including sales & marketing activities, forecasting, budgeting performance, and creating best practice procedures to optimize revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth across various areas, including Sponsorship, Partnerships, Product Sales, Business Development, and Catering.
- Forecast and manage performance using insights and data, ensuring commercial efficiency and growth.
- Create and apply best practice procedures to enhance revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage catering and events contracts, ensuring strategic investment plans are implemented to drive commercial efficiency and growth.
- Establish sales strategies for racing events and products, collaborating with the head of marketing and event managers to create an omni-channel campaign to drive growth.
- Motivate and empower team members through effective leadership and communication, aligning objectives and messages accordingly.
- Role model leadership and core values, developing, motivating, and inspiring others to achieve business goals.
