  • Implement visual merchandising, stock management, and pricing strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Prepare food and beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to generate sales leads for our fuel card team, driving sales growth and revenue.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years' retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
  • A strong track record of consistently delivering results, focusing on achieving and surpassing goals and expectations.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
