**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Leader to join our retail team in Kildare. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for inspiring and guiding your team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and inclusive attitude towards colleagues and customers alike
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams that consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Analyze sales data and develop effective strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • BUILD strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners to drive sales and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hold a growth mindset, committed to continuous learning and self-improvement
