Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative team leader to join our fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the department and ensuring the highest levels of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the team and driving them to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standards
- Developing and implementing new ideas to increase sales and standards of the department
- Roster shifts and taking overall responsibility for the operational running of the department
You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment where your skills and experience will be valued and developed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Customer focus: a passion for delivering excellent levels of service and addressing customer concerns
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP hygiene systems and food safety
- Personal drive: self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Great attention to detail: accurate and thorough in all aspects of your work
- Integrity: honesty and respect for colleagues and customers alike
You must have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisor/team leader position.
