About the Role
Design and deliver effective training programs, ensuring optimal learning outcomes.
Manage learning projects, including system implementations or large-scale process changes.
Engage and guide stakeholders at all levels, from SMEs to senior leaders.

  • Produce learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructional guides, and manuals.


Requirements
2-5 years experience within a similar role, ideally in a large global organisation.
Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics businesses is ideal.
Strong project management and L&D programme creation skills necessary.

Keen communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance processes.
