Job Description

This role reports to the Branch Manager and involves assisting with all duties required to safely and effectively carry out daily branch operations. Based in Rathdrum, Co Wicklow, the successful candidate will work closely with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the store and work environment are clean and well maintained.

  • Provide top-quality, fast, efficient, and friendly service at all times.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and provide excellent service and advice.
Requirements
  • A keen interest in the Agri sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills, and ambition to deliver beyond customer expectations.
  • Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to multitask and consistently deliver high-standard quality work in a busy environment.

An agricultural or farming background is desirable. A forklift licence is also desirable.
