IT Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst
About the Role:
- Spearhead IT GRC policy development, ensuring seamless alignment with diverse regulatory compliance requirements.
- Contribute to enhancing IT governance initiatives across the organization through continuous improvement strategies.
- Promote cross-functional training initiatives focused on elevating IT GRC understanding.
- Oversight of the IT Risk Register, guaranteeing team commitment to mitigating or eliminating risks.
- Conduct thorough Risk Assessments of IT Systems, documenting findings.
- Coordinate IT audits and compliance reviews, tracking and managing feedback received.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Alternatively, substantial relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Compliance or Cyber Security focused role, with a desire to transition into an IT GRC position.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Certification in CISA, CRISC, or CISSP preferred but not essential.
- Experience with risk management methodologies and compliance tools.
- Strong grasp of cyber security concepts (attack vectors, frameworks, etc).
