Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized treatment plans for patients with a range of medical conditions. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide expert guidance on rehabilitation and mobility. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, post-hospital recovery, and ongoing physiotherapy needs. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to best practice initiatives within the department.
Requirements:
BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy (CORU registration essential). Acute hospital postgraduate experience desirable but not essential as full training and mentorship provided. Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering patient-centered care. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment.
