Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Letting Agent and Property Manager to join our expanding team. The role is flexible in terms of location and hours, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of residential properties, excluding block management. In addition to lettings and property management, we also offer residential and commercial sales and valuations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:
- 2-5 years of property management experience
- Current PSRA license
- Own car and full driving license
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven individual able to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a clear and logical fashion, with good organizational skills and attention to detail
