Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering expert cost management and project planning services across various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Manage project costs from inception to completion, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to project timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Analyze and negotiate variations or claims, providing expert cost advice.
  • Prepare detailed final accounts and project reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional membership or certifications in a relevant field are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost management, project planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
