Job Title: Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a diverse group of individuals, fostering a positive work environment, and driving business success.

About the Role:

The Team Leader will play a critical role in creating a unique shopping experience for our customers, delivering exceptional service, and meeting sales targets. You will work closely with the Head Coach to implement operational excellence processes, optimize services, and improve consumer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee various departments, such as Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience, and support the Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy within the store.

Responsibilities:

- Cooperate with the Head Coach to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and supervise a diverse team, ensuring an excellent work atmosphere and high levels of productivity.
- Implement operational excellence processes and tools to meet sales targets and improve efficiency.
- Oversee various departments, including Commercial, Athlete, and Consumer Experience.
- Support the Head Coach in implementing Nike's strategy within the store.
- Provide reports on store activities, local marketplace, and consumer insights.

Requirements:

- A passion for Nike and/or love of sport.
- Extensive retail experience, including management roles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
