Procurement and Contract Management Opportunity

The Procurement Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing NEC scope, specification, information, and requirements throughout the procurement process.

This role provides comprehensive support across directorate teams to ensure the development and coordination of consistent NEC information documents.

The technical author team supports a standardised approach and alignment with EU Procurement Directives and Irish National Regulations and laws.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage scope documents by leading the creation of unambiguous, specific, and concise business requirement documents.
  • Capture and incorporate specialist requirements into nominated NEC and suite of contract documents.
  • Conduct reviews to align documents with commercial strategies and perform read-across checks to eliminate discrepancies.
  • Monitor and report progress to track and forecast document delivery.
Key Qualifications & Skills
  • Ability to analyse contractual documentation and apply commercial thinking.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, legal framework, and governance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong ability to write, document, and maintain technical standards.
