**Lead a Key Strand of Innovative Arts Programming

We are seeking an experienced arts professional to lead a key strand of our programming, focusing on using art to support wellbeing, social inclusion, and community connection. This role involves managing and delivering inclusive programmes and building strategic partnerships with healthcare, community, and academic partners.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver impactful arts strands (e.g., workshops, group sessions, events).
  • Develop and sustain relationships with local organisations, recovery services, social care networks, and adult education providers.
  • Expand participation with a focus on older people, people living with dementia, neurodiverse audiences, and marginalised groups.

**Strand-Specific Responsibilities – Community Arts & Wellness:

  • Deliver community-based arts strands (e.g., Fatima Group workshops, addiction recovery programmes, mindfulness-based sessions, Art & Ecology projects).
  • Build and sustain collaborations with local service providers and community groups.
  • Lead inclusive events and workshops promoting social inclusion, mental health, and community connection.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of conceiving and delivering engagement programmes in an arts or healthcare context.
  • Knowledge of current arts educational practice and national arts policies.
  • Proven track record of project management.
