We are currently seeking a senior event coordinator to manage all aspects of conferences, meetings and special events at one of our esteemed hotels located in County Dublin.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing various events, collaborating closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide bespoke solutions to meet their needs. They will also work collaboratively with hotel departments including catering, housekeeping and front office to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
