Key Role: Wedding and Events Coordinator

The role of Wedding and Events Coordinator is to ensure that all wedding enquiries are handled efficiently, and that the couple's experience is memorable.

You will be responsible for handling client relationships, managing bookings, and maintaining a comprehensive database of potential clients.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in event planning, hospitality, and sales. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable moments.

Previous experience in a similar role is not essential; however, you should have a background in hospitality and possess strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills.

Full training will be provided, so just bring your drive, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for making magic happen.

  • Manage all wedding inquiries and follow up with couples.
  • Update and maintain the database of potential clients.
  • Provide accurate information to clients during their inquiries.
  • Conduct wedding show-arounds.
  • Keep all paperwork and files up to date.

The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, and will have a strong motivation to succeed in this role.
