  • Event Coordination:
    • Manage finances, fundraising efforts, and communications.
    • Liaise with stakeholders, including sponsors and partner charities.
  • Promotions & Engagement:
    • Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
    • Create promotional materials using design tools like Canva.
  • Participant & Sponsor Management:
    • Coordinate registrations and build relationships with sponsors.
  • Event Management:
    • Organise key events, including the event launch and cheque handover.
    • Ensure smooth delivery of logistical needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 3 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools, social media marketing, and financial management.
