International Tax Professional Wanted

The position of Tax Manager is a key role within an international tax department.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with senior management and external advisors on international tax projects
- Lead tax planning initiatives including intellectual property planning, intercompany debt financing, restructuring of entities, organizational structure optimization, and entity elimination
- Manage tax planning matters for subsidiaries in multiple countries
- Partner with local and regional finance teams to ensure compliance with international tax reporting and tax return obligations
- Provide advice on corporate income tax considerations for global mobility
- Support quarterly and annual tax provision processes and comply with related Sarbanes Oxley requirements
- Acquisition in Tax Investigation/Corporate Tax Advisor qualification or equivalent preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in Big Four or corporate in-house tax department highly desired
- Technical knowledge around international tax issues including Pillar 2, foreign tax credits, transfer pricing, GILTI, Subpart F, BEPS, and OECD developments
- Good knowledge of GAAP relating to tax
