Data Insights Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Data Insights Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and supporting operations management in the delivery of our services.

You will perform advanced business analysis, determine best practices, and develop insights and recommendations through data analysis to drive key decision-making in business performance, operations management, and capacity planning & forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Acquire data from multiple sources, maintain data collection systems, analyze and interpret data, identify key insights and trends on business performance, share actionable insights with key stakeholders, compare forecasts with actual data, and track key performance indicators.
• Reports & Dashboards: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support operations and performance management, create management reports for forecasting and strategic decision-making, provide advice and guidance to senior stakeholders, identify and select best-in-class tools for analysis, data visualizations, and reporting.
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, collaborate with teams in sharing best practice in analytical thinking, tools, and data insights, present findings in a clear and concise manner to key stakeholders, influence decisions in a timely and appropriate direction, monitor and oversee the work of less experienced team members, provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
• Process Improvement & Project Management: Proactively make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies, measure impact of process changes, share findings with operations teams, work with management to prioritize business and information needs, project manage changes in process for increased productivity, better collaboration, or increased customer satisfaction and retention.
• Gainsight Administration: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Gainsight NXT platform, providing in-depth knowledge and best practices for its configuration, administration, and utilization to support Customer Success operations, translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and implement solutions within Gainsight, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting needs, develop and maintain Gainsight analytics and reporting.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 5 years data analysis & reporting experience
• Ability to effectively analyze data and provide recommendations at an advanced level
• Ability to lead projects
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge and experience in data querying, data mining, data segmentation
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence strategies/design as it relates to Data analysis
• Experience with one or more Business Intelligence and data visualization tools
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively to different levels in the organization
• Results-driven, with strong focus on delivery & time management
• Strong reporting abilities, attention to detail, and high levels of accuracy in all aspects of the role
• Ability to produce clear documents, business reports, and presentations
• Experience in Process Design & Improvement, e.g., LEAN Six Sigma methodologies an advantage
