Job Title: Lead Mobile Developer

This role is for a skilled leader to oversee mobile app delivery, supporting both iOS and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate should be familiar with current technologies and trends, have experience working with agile delivery and global teams, and possess strong communication skills. They will collaborate across business and IT teams.

About the Role:

This leadership position requires guiding product roadmap planning, prioritization, and providing regular progress updates to program leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead execution plans and manage progress against them, working with offshore teams.
  • Drive action plans, focus, and prioritization for the team to align with program timelines.
  • Guide team members in leveraging advanced technologies and frameworks to build scalable and maintainable mobile applications for complex e-commerce platforms.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading native mobile development for iOS and Android platforms.
  • Proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, Java, or Objective-C is desirable.
  • Familiarity with various design patterns (native, responsive design) and ability to recommend solutions.
  • Oversee deployment strategies across Android and iOS App Stores, meeting compliance and security standards.
