Job Description

As an Audit Manager, you will become a key player in our team, providing a wide range of audit, accounting, and advisory services to clients. Our firm is committed to delivering high-quality services that meet the unique needs of each client.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially focused, motivated, and ambitious individual with a strong technical knowledge of accounting and audit principles. You will have responsibility for managing a wide portfolio of clients operating in the film and television sectors, reporting directly to the partners.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and deliver high-quality services to clients, including accounts preparation, audit, and compliance services.
2. Lead contact for the client in the production and delivery of high-quality services, working closely with the complete service team.
3. Develop and grow professional relationships with your client portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Manage the entire client engagement from inception to delivery, including planning, budgetary control, file review, and resolution of significant issues with partners and clients.
5. Play a lead role in management and development of the team, ensuring a high quality of work.
6. Ensure that work is economically managed and delivered to ensure that the case is completed on time and within budget.
7. Support the partner in the development of services provided to the portfolio.
8. Act in a business advisory role with clients, growing general and specialist market knowledge.
9. Actively seek to generate new business for the firm, through proactive approaches to client service and business development.
10. Participate in personal professional development through regular attendance at professional updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified accountant with at least 3 years PQE and 2 years management experience. The successful candidate will possess excellent team leading, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to client service and business development.
