This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Claims Operations team as a Health Claims Service Team Lead. The successful candidate will be part of a driven team, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times, working to achieve service and quality standards, and striving towards the perfect customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Developing customer-first solutions to enhance our customer experience.
- Coordinating day-to-day team activities, prioritising tasks, and allocating workloads effectively.
- Monitoring service levels, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
- Verifying accurate claim payments and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
- Conducting regular governance audits to ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance Strategy.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to implement efficient and effective processes.
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex matters to senior management.
- Providing guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our services.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
