Lead a team of skilled accountants in managing and overseeing a wide range of accounting and financial services. You will leverage your expertise in accounting, auditing, insolvency, tax, and tax compliance to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accounting:
  • • Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports for clients
  • • Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making
  • • Develop budgeting and forecasting models to aid client financial planning

Auditing:

  • • Lead and manage audit engagements for a variety of clients
  • • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
  • • Identify and address areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvements

Insolvency:

  • • Manage insolvency cases including members voluntary liquidations, creditors voluntary liquidations, and strike offs
  • • Liaise with creditors, debtors, and legal representatives
  • • Develop and implement strategies for asset recovery and distribution

Tax and Tax Compliance:

  • • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses
  • • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
  • • Provide tax planning advice and identify opportunities for tax efficiency

Client Relations:

  • • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • • Address client queries and provide timely, accurate advice
  • • Conduct client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements:

  • • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA)
  • • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a practice environment
  • • Extensive experience in Accounting, Auditing, Insolvency, Tax, and Tax Compliance
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite
  • • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
