Senior Finance Operations Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on managing and executing a multi-million-euro annual billing process across various partner finance processes.

Your expertise will ensure accurate financial operations and seamless collaboration with partners and stakeholders.

  • Oversee the end-to-end billing process for PartnerEdge, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program regulations.
  • Support billing and e-commerce processes of online store, Partner benefits catalogue.
  • Invoicing, credit card payments, development funds utilization.
  • Support quarterly royalty payment calculation processes BPO, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of data and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain effective financial operations, resolving discrepancies or issues promptly.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or O2C management.
  • Proven experience in managing billing processes and large-scale financial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Advanced MS office skills, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, experience with SAP FI/CO accounting & reporting modules a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
