Job Description:">

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include preparing year-end non-audit company accounts and working papers, reconciling balance sheet items, applying knowledge of accounting principles to post journals onto accounting software accurately, assisting in the preparation of management accounts, preparing statutory financial statements, supporting year-end close processes, and assisting in the preparation of Corporation Tax returns.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for confidently liaising with clients over the phone and through written correspondence, providing assistance to managers on special client projects and assignments, and contributing to the company's continued success.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Part-qualified ACA/ACCA accountant
  • Minimum of 2+ years of general accounting practice experience
  • Results-driven with strong technical abilities and financial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care
  • Highly organized with excellent planning abilities
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
