The Role: Experienced Financial Administrator
Process daily, weekly, and monthly financial transactions for a portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
Prepare and submit financial reports and bank reconciliations.
Input and manage financial data using accounting software (Surf, Sage, Quick Books, Xero).
Process payroll for clients using Thesaurus or Bright Pay, including high-volume payrolls.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and filing deadlines.
Requirements:
- 35 years experience in a financial administration/payroll role within an accountancy or payroll practice.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and strong understanding of data analysis.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and revenue compliance.
