We are seeking a skilled expert to manage and execute financial operations for our PartnerEdge program. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with program regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the billing process for PartnerEdge, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the billing and e-commerce processes of our online store
  • Invoicing, credit card payments, development funds utilization
  • Support quarterly royalty payment calculation processes BPO, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of data and invoicing
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain effective financial operations, resolving any discrepancies or issues promptly
  • Develop and implement finance processes and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth, particularly through AI adoption

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or O2C management, preferably with experience in multi-national partner programs
  • Proven experience in managing billing processes and large-scale financial operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
