The Role & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Operations Leader to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and support long-term business growth. This critical role involves leading the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and analysis to support business development initiatives, partner with executive management to drive performance and informed decision-making across the business, and lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in support of both short- and long-term operational goals.

  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Provide expert guidance on financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.
  • Financial Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a CPA, MBA, or similar advanced credential is preferred.
  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
  • A proven track record of driving operational efficiency, automation, and systems upgrades.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks.
