Senior Finance Operations Specialist Job DescriptionWe help the world run better by managing multi-million-euro annual billing processes. As a Senior Finance Operations Specialist, you will oversee end-to-end billing processes for our partner finance programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute accurate and compliant billing processes for our PartnerEdge program.
  • Support e-commerce processes of our online store, including invoicing, credit card payments, and development funds utilization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate royalty payment calculations and distribution of data and invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve financial discrepancies or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, or O2C management, preferably with experience in multi-national partner programs.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale financial operations and billing processes.
