Financial Leadership Position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading financial operations within site functions, encompassing annual strategic planning and operating budgets, quarterly performance assessments, and special requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a business partner to the Plant Manager, their team, and all personnel within the plant to provide operational and strategic guidance as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive financial analysis capabilities for the organization, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of actuals and forecasts, as well as special studies and major investment evaluations.
  • Offer financial leadership to the Operations teams to drive improved business outcomes and operating efficiencies.
  • Mentor, coach, teach, develop, and support the financial site staff (team of 5) and Operations teams.
  • Utilize Lean Six Sigma tools to drive enhancements in financial processes, including the judicious application of automation, improvements in data quality and consistency, and elimination of non-value-added work.
  • Serve as a key communication channel for the business regarding all inquiries and information requests emanating from various levels of the organization.
  • Oversight responsibility for maintaining control environments in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and company policies.
  • Conduct analysis, costing, and business analysis for new product development projects.
  • Ensure the production of timely, accurate, and relevant financial reports to facilitate understanding and analysis of the business and potential opportunities.
  • Ensure that accounting practices are aligned with applicable accounting standards, state and federal regulations, and Company values and practices.
  • Leverage available data to analyze business issues and provide recommendations to management.
