Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Develop and implement robust budgeting and forecasting models to aid client financial planning.

  • Prepare, analyse, and present detailed financial reports for clients.

  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.

Accounting Services:

  • Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements for clients.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and address areas of risk and provide recommendations for improvements.

Audit and Assurance:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a variety of clients, ensuring thoroughness and quality.

  • Develop and implement strategies for asset recovery and distribution.

  • Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Tax Compliance:

  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide tax planning advice and identify opportunities for tax efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CPA).

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a practice environment.

  • Extensive experience in Accounting, Auditing, Insolvency, Tax, and Tax Compliance.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
