About the Role

The Sports Advisor serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing a memorable in-store experience through personalized service and product knowledge.

  • Ensuring every customer receives a tailored and positive service experience
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our product range and current promotions
  • Engaging with customers to offer relevant products and optimize sales

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing tools to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
  • Replenishing stock and merchandising displays
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock handling
  • Providing excellent customer service at the till

To excel in this role, you should possess:
