Travel Sales Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Travel Sales Consultant to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in travel management services, able to book flights, hotels, car hire, rail, and other services, and possess strong client focus and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the Role:
  1. Key Responsibilities: Provide travel management services to our client base, converse with clients by phone and email to ensure their needs are met, seek feedback from clients to continuously improve the service, and maintain good organisational skills.
  2. Skill Requirements: Experience in GDS systems, preferably Amadeus, at least 18 months experience in travel, selling package holidays, passion for travel and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and ability to work under pressure.
