Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our production team on an 11-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with production experience to gain valuable insights into the medical device industry.

Candidates from diverse backgrounds with transferable skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to produce high-quality subassemblies or finished products.
  • Collaborate with quality control teams to inspect products on the assembly line.
  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards by implementing and reviewing guidelines.
  • Identify and rectify basic manufacturing issues as directed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to work in progress.
  • Report any production-related problems promptly.
  • Assist with equipment setup and maintenance tasks.
  • Notify supervisors of necessary equipment repairs or maintenance.
  • Clean equipment regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues as required.
  • Support overtime during peak periods.
Requirements:
  • A Leaving Certificate or equivalent trade qualification is preferred. Relevant working experience will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
