About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a high degree of autonomy and independence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Risk, Integrity and Operations partners, subject matter experts, internal control partners and/or first-line risk management professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish effective working relationships and help mature existing processes to ensure an integrated approach to delivery by the Compliance Office
  • Drive road mapping & long-range planning
  • Drive budget/forecasting, resource and talent management
  • Drive tooling efficiencies
  • Management of internal resources and third parties to support flawless execution of projects

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. They will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in design and build out of program management support to governance, risk and compliance (Governance Risk and Compliance) programs in a regulated environment
  • Project Management certification (Project Management Professional, Project Management Institute etc.)
  • 5+ years implementation experience of target operating model design and build out
  • Demonstrable experience of synthesizing complex concepts and translation into effective presentations to internal stakeholders/Boards/leadership
  • Liaised with internal and external audiences such as regulators and auditors
