Pediatric Home Service is a leader in home health care, dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children and their families. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and support.

  • Position: Customer Service Specialist
  • Location: Columbus, Ohio
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety roles, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
