Senior Product Formulation Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Formulation Leader to drive the development of innovative and commercially viable products.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the entire product formulation process, from concept to launch, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new products that meet commercial potential, global compliance, and best-in-class efficacy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including labs, scientists, and manufacturers, to deliver breakthrough products.
  • Bridge art and science to ensure each product is both market-leading and legally sound.
  • Oversee testing, QA, and regulatory reviews to ensure all formulations meet the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of developing top-selling products in the supplement, functional food, or natural health space.
  • Deep knowledge of formulation science, ingredient synergy, and functional delivery systems.
  • Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks and ability to navigate them confidently.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to think critically about product-market fit.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
