Principal Recruitment Consultant in Accounting

Overview:

As a seasoned recruitment consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients in the accounting and finance sector. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills and experience in sourcing and attracting top talent for our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase client portfolio and cross-sell services
  • Source and attract top accounting and finance professionals through innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Build strong awareness and understanding of clients' businesses to target and hire the best talent
  • Ensure efficient time-to-hire while maintaining high accuracy within our applicant tracking system
  • Negotiate rates and salaries, close deals effectively, and present star candidates to hiring managers
  • Proactively contribute to our recruitment strategy and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience in financial and accounting space
  • In-depth understanding of accounting and finance roles and the Irish market
  • Demonstrable experience in winning new clients and key account management
  • Natural networking skills and expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Winning attitude, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations
  • Passion for data, ability to curate talent pipelines on ATS
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, great phone manner

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary €48k-53k DOE, with OTE up to €93,500
  • Hybrid role in Dublin office 2-3 days a week
