Operations Leadership Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing and directing the operations of an organization.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing production, site installation, purchasing, and design functions.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and profitability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across design, production, contracts, and purchasing.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to set clear goals and expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety legislation and environmental standards.

Applicants should hold a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years experience in an operations leadership role.

They will be able to demonstrate strong technical, engineering, and production management-based experience within a volume manufacturing business.

Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to get the best out of people.
