Job Overview

As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management, with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field. They will be well-versed in Good Engineering Practices (GEP), regulatory requirements, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives and ensure seamless communication.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence.
  • Oversee validation, equipment qualification, and change control processes to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards by conducting regular risk assessments and promoting a safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
