Residential Project Coordinator Role

A key member of our team responsible for delivering successful residential projects from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain and update detailed project plans to ensure timely completion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including construction, design, commercial and procurement to align project plans with business strategies.
  • Sequence works logically incorporating lead times, statutory approvals and utility coordination specific to Irish residential projects.
  • Identify critical paths, key milestones and potential risks proposing mitigation strategies where needed.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to validate lead times and integrate them into the project plan.
  • Strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process from greenfield site to handover including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build and fit-out.
  • Knowledge of Irish construction regulations and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations).
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in project coordination within residential construction.

  • Proven track record of successfully coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or other project management software.
