We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, complex or challenging needs.

Our supported living units offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work closely with service users to identify their needs and develop personalized support plans. This may involve providing personal care, administering medication, and promoting independence.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 months' experience working in a healthcare setting, including personal care. A current NISCC registration or willingness to apply is essential. You will also need to be willing to attend all mandatory training courses and undergo an enhanced Access NI check.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary, ranging from £11.45 to £20.95 per hour for Tier 1 Agency roles. You will also benefit from a range of benefits, including a minimum of 28 days paid holidays (pro rata), inclusion into our company pension scheme, and free comprehensive annual training courses.

What We Need From You:

  • At least 3 months' experience working in a healthcare setting
  • NISCC registration or willingness to apply
  • Willingness to attend mandatory training courses and undergo an enhanced Access NI check
